Last Summer Wedding

I finally have chance to post a few images of Ashley and Michael’s wedding from last June, which was one of the hectic months of the wedding season with so many wedding booked. Ashley anticipated June is one of the busiest months of the wedding season and she immediately reserved the date for her wedding makeup and hair services with me almost a year in advance! Ashley is a very sweet and easy going bride. Initially, she wanted a very natural  simple makeup and a braided side updo. However, she changed up her look to more intense soft smokey eyes and she was really happy with the final look. On the day of, I was very surprised that she had her hair cut very short above shoulders length and so we almost couldn’t do the updo. She was going to settle for a down-do, but she had such trust in me that I could come up with creative ways to achieve the updo. At the end, Ashley was very impressed that I was able to give her hairstyle that she envisioned, braided side updo, even with her shoulders length hair.
